Peer to Peer Support is a core service of Centers for Independent Living. Peer Support offers the opportunity for individuals with disabilities to meet other individuals with the same disability or similar life challenges in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. It provides an environment that is open to discussions about the daily stressors of having a disability and the solutions others in the same situations have found to be helpful.

Peer Support is FREE, safe, confidential, and effective self-help that encourages expression of problems, feelings and solutions. Independent living and advocacy skills are often other tools learned as a result of connecting with peers.
Support is offered in a variety of settings: support groups, LINC's Social Club, one on one.
Just call LINC to talk about the best option for you!
